In a tall glass filled with ice, combine 1/4 cup vodka, 1/3 cup pineapple juice (or lemonade), and 1/2 teaspoon blue curacao. Top with tonic water and stir to combine.
The quinine in the tonic water will glow an icy electric blue when placed near blacklights!
